I am freelance. I have a contract at the moment for a couple of days a week vi can work from home and organise my time so I can do school drop off and puck ups. The money's good.

But the client is wn absolute nob. Essntially he's invested in a business he knows nothing about He's rude, has no respect for me or the expertise he is allegedly paying me for. Takes no notice of what I advise him. All of my time is taken up sorting out messes that he's created by not leaving it to the people who's job it is.

I hate it hate it hate it.

But I really need the money, am lucky to have work and have no better offers.

So can I just come on here and rant instead of telling him to shove it up his arse!

Your freelance, like myself. The best advice I was ever given was "Smile and Invoice".

That sounds very rubbish :(

But at least it comes with the advantages you mention, and keeps you employed while you look for a better client!

See you, you are very wise. I shall do just that.

Maybe with a bit of private muttering Grin

Although that was great advice, he is now querying my invoice.

Not my daily rate (which he agreed), or questioning how many days I have done (which he asked for), just not happy with the total Hmm
