Expressing and preparing for return

7 weeks until I go back to work. Dd2 will be 23 weeks. She's ebf and I'm building up a bit of a freezer stash. I'm a bit rubbish at expressing. On my full days (2) I'll get 3 breaks to express. On half days (2) I'll get one break. On Thursday dh will be bringing dd to me at lunchtime. Thursday finish varies but I'll be able to express in the mornings and in the afternoons hopefully if I have to stay later than 4. Dd is very clingy to me and doesn't take a bottle (yet). I am trying to leave her with dh for about an hour a day so they can bond but it's hard as she just wants me. Initially dh will be doing all the childcare - he's on a career break post illness but is hoping to get back into part time work from January when she'll go into nursery 1 day a week and her granny will have her for one afternoon.

I'd really appreciate advice about expressing and work, getting her on a bottle/cup, helping her cope with separation. It's tempting to pretend it's not happening as I'm not happy about it but I think I Can probably make it easier on us all if I prepare things from now.

Thanks in advance

I don't know much about expressing at work because I never have done, but I had trouble getting my son to take a bottle until I tried several different sorts. Eventually I discovered he only liked Mam ones, which have a different-shaped teat. So my advice would be to start offering her the bottle at her usual feeding times soon, and be prepared that she might not get on with the first (or second or third) type you try - don't despair!
