Tillington - just for information - if yours is a commercial operation, (a) it is best not to use .org.uk (which implies a "not for profit") and (b) you are breaking the rules of Nominet by 'hiding' your address details on the WHOIS facility.
If running a business, there are certain expectations many have, such as giving a phone number, and postal address information on any 'contact us' or 'about us' web page. It certainly looks more respectable if selling a service or product to do so, as the money doesn't disappear with no trace of where (and to whom) it is going.
Also, while I doubt you would do such a thing, the name entered on a domain registration could be false.
Of course, if a limited company tries to register (and selects 'limited company' as the type of registration) then there are stronger obligations under the Companies Act 2006 about providing information on a website and in e-mail or other correspondence, and anu limited company is expected to fill in the company number when registering the domain (just for information for anyone who is planning to buy goods or services, and off at a slight tangent from this thread, sorry... finally, to check on registrations, for .uk domains it is perhaps easiest to visit www.keepyour.co.uk and for checking company registrations, see www.companies-house.gov.uk)
