I am employing some youngsters over the summer
They need to be paid holiday pay even though they will get no paid holiday
I think I can do this through the hourly rate but I'm not sure exactly how
I give 6weeks & 1 day Holiday pay (to include Bank holidays) for permanent staff
So, if they worked 52 weeks they would actually work 45 weeks & 4 days - the rest would be holiday
and I have kind of gotten lost around here in the sum........HELP???
