I may sound silly and you may feel like telling me to get a grip but I have been sobbing on and off since 6 pm!

DD of 9 months getting babysat by my mum and it was supposed to be from tomorrow as I'm on a course but 20 mins before I left, it was sprung on me that it would be better to go today. So I didn't have time to prepare myself emotionally or to spend time with her and ever since I haven't stopped sobbing. I know she is safe and content but the aching and missing her is almost uncontrollable I am beside myself .

Please tell me to wise up :( I have another 3 nights to go! Sad

Um, I think you might want to post in a different topic as wooly hugs are generally the blankets that mumsnetters make for people who have suffered a bereavement. It's not a topic for virtual hugs. Sorry you are feeling bad though, hope the time passes quickly for you.

Sorry I didn't realise I hope I haven't offended anyone

Thanks for letting me know x

You can report your post and have it moved.

Big hugs to you though, hope the time goes quickly!

Ah, try not to be too upset. Work hard on your course and the time will pass quickly, and you will soon be home again with your baby daughter.

Us Woolly Huggers always have plenty of virtual hugs for anyone who needs them ((((((hugs)))))) for you.

And you haven't offended anyone at all Thanks
