Someone quoted this at me in an X discussion.. I think this has been debunked but I can’t find the thread on here where this study was discussed. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I am not skilled enough to look into all the evidence in that site - anybody know better than me?

Thst site is pure bullshit. It took unfit males and compared them to trained female athletes. Sure a coach potato does not have an advantage over an elite female athlete.

Was that the Joanna Harper study, which persuaded the IOC to change their rules in 2015.
