NHS Trusts differential responses to Supreme Court rulings

Two Supreme Court judgements. Two approaches. One NHS Trust

FWS
initial response apology to all affected staff (Trans) for pain/ distress caused by judgment. No acknowledgment that other staff/ patients (bio-realist) have been forced to share wards and changing spaces with those of the opposite sex for many years.
Fluff about waiting for EHRC guidance.
The policy allowing self identification into wards/changing spaces remains in place.
2 x employment tribunals (Darlington/ NHS England) which show the self ID into staff changing is flawed
no action
EHRC guidance put before parliament
No action

2nd June - Supreme Court ruling about Deprivation of Liberty framework for patients.
11th June Trust issue guidance for clinical staff changing policies

I AM SO CROSS.
WTF are their female staff worth so little

Anyone else noticed this in their trust.

The NHS is no longer fit for purpose. Able to be captured by fantasists and flat earthers promoting the sterilisation of children.
