There doesn't seem to be any substantive content in there to discuss, does there? 'Exclusive' my arse. What's the actual story? Or even Pete's speculation of a concrete example showing how a 'constructive' interpretation of the law might differ to the current one....

Edited to add: I don't think my post says anything that you hadn't already implied by putting 'changing' in inverted commas to be honest :)

It’s been mentioned on the thread discussing EHRC v Bridget ‘The Human Paperweight’ Phillipson and had a bit of discussion but I think it having its own thread is a good idea. Makes it easier to find when searched for those who want to discuss it.
