The trans lobby are determined not to obey the law

Whether the law is enforced should not depend on the personal opinions of NHS officials, academics or anyone else. Nobody should have to repeat the ordeals of Sandie Peggie or Keira Bell.

and ...

... asked the Cahrity Commission to explain that it would not currently take regulatory action against charities with single-sex objects not excluding trans people.

The commission last week said it would only intervene over charities compliance with equality law if governance concerns were raised by other regulators.

... to encourage charities threatened with legal action for opening their services to trans people to put in a serious incident report, so instances of this can be better tracked.

She urged the commission to fast-track applications from charities with single-sex charitable objects wishing to change them to include all genders.

This is from a letter writter by a Governance consultant to the Charity Commission. No doubt has earned a few pennies from telling charities prior to the Supreme Court ruling that single sex doesn't mean sex. Is it any wonder so many charities became "trans inclusive" with this sort of Governance advice. And now all those whose professional credibility has been built on promoting the TRA lie are trying to salvage their reputation by telling regulators to ignore a Supreme Court ruling.

So we no longer have courts making the rules, we have mob rule by TRAs and all those who have earned money off their campaign against women's sex based rights.

Fully agree.
The TRAs have a lot of support behind the scenes and are abusing it to give men with a fetish free access to women only spaces and sports.
It goes against women's rights across the board, often using vulnerable young women as a shield which is even more sadistic.

No doubt there will be a claim for Judicial Review from Sex Matters to challenge any unlawful formal guidance from the Charity Commission.

I guess that it was naive to assume the Supreme Court ruling would change anything. After all, the trans lobby knew in 2015 that men did not have the right to access women’s spaces, but went ahead and took our rights by deception.

These are men (and a few women) who have been supported throughout in breaking the law by everyone from the civil service, police, the CPS and even the lower level courts. They feel (and largely are) untouchable.

JK Rowling obviously worked out early on that we will have to try to enforce the law through legal process and is working on cases to uphold it. It’s an awful situation we find ourselves in, beset by classic abuse patterns, enabled by organisations acting as flying monkeys. Some days, I wish I didn’t have to face this.

Those same forces behind TRAs will be doing their best to find workarounds for now with a view to getting the law changed. Noting that Lucy Whitehouse is on the NY Honours List suggests that the government is on board with this process.

Yeah. They seem determined not to be in power after the next election. Same as the Democrats in the US.

The Left have lost their damn mind. It's bloody infuriating.

And where would we be without JK Rowling who has the money as well as an iron will to fight to maintain the most basic rights for women?
It just shows how fragile women's rights are in the west.
Americans thought that abortion rights were copper-fastened until they weren't.

The fact that so many women in positions of power are happy to throw all other women's rights under a bus is a sight to behold.
