Transparency In Schools – says funded. FOI Appeal To Access Secret Lesson Plan had an upper tribunal hearing on 16th and 17th September 2024. No update since December last year -anyone know if there's a decision?

Sarah Holman was Harassed and Victimised for supporting Women’s Rights. Employment tribunal case. Preliminary hearing date is now set for 1st December 2025. Naomi Cunnigham is involved with this case.
Stephen Flaherty a learning Support Assistant at Nottingham College, was fired for Exposing Nottm College's secret transition of a child to her mother and that the college was conspiring to keep this secret from her. Initial target met but less than half way to a modest stretch target. The preliminary hearing will be on the 5th September was postponed and the full hearing will be on the 9th August 2027. JKR’s fund is women only, men need help too.
Melanie Newman is appealing the decision in her tribunal against the Met Police. Speakers in the workplace should not harass gender critical employees will find a garden in the usual place.

A hearing has been set for 05 November at the Court of Session to consider the Scottish Ministers judicial review motion.
Sarah Philmore has a stretch target for protection against defamation in the usual place. A conference with specialist counsel will take place after October 20th. Sarah said “I will update you after that happens. “ but no update yet.
Jennifer Melle, from Croydon, was disciplined by Epsom and St Helier University Hospital Trust for referring to a convicted paedophile known as 'Mr X' as he. He subjected her to racist abuse. After speaking to the press Jennifer was told there had been a ‘potential data breach’,, which could amount to ‘gross misconduct.’ She was told she would be suspended on full pay and would be banned from the hospital premises.

Linzi Smith was banned and spied on for my beliefs. Linzi is a Newcastle United fan banned from the club. She won a great victory against Northumbria Police.
Dr Lynne Amidon, a former Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist and Team Manager at the Tavistock is going to an Employment Appeal Tribunal over Whistleblowing and Safeguarding Concerns at the Tavistock and Portman. She has been made redundant, she really needs more help.
Graham Lineham is being sued by David Paisley. Interim target was met but there is now a stretch target that can be found under why I’m asking for your help again. There is also a fundraiser by the Free Speech Union to support Graham’s legal costs after he was arrested at Heathrow with anything left over supporting other similar cases. Protect single sex facilities at work had a hearing in early October. Naomi Cunningham is representing Faye Russell-Caldicott (fake name to protect identity). Anonymity and reporting restrictions on Faye’s real identity were granted recently and the final hearing will be held in March 2026. Faye had a number of donations during the Sandie Peggie Tribunal but is still a long way from target.
Simon Chambers was Assaulted and refused service at a pub for supporting women’s rights. There are 23 claimants in this action. There was a Review of the cases before the County Court Judge in Belfast on 16th September 2024. This was adjourned until February, the suggestion being that there will be eight test cases including Graham Linehan and Dr Julia Long . Graham will be returning to give evidence. No recent update.
Andreas Mueller is a Public servant sued for saying sex is binary. Both JR and Naomi will appear in this case, in theory on the same side. This case is now being combined with Elspeth’s case which can be found as Chair of SEEN sued for saying 'only women menstruate and will be a 16 day hearing. Anonymity for the claimant was refused. Latest update for Elspeth says ”We have enough funds to take the case forward “. On the 7th of July, the tribunal held a hearing to deal with timetabling. The outcome is that the final, joint hearing is set for 4 weeks, starting on the 22nd of June 2026. In preparation, there will also be a case management hearing on the 5th of November 2025. Emma Bateman “The Green Party Must Respect Our Sex” needs a bit of gardening & some trowels at work. The pre-application hearing for the case on May 27th has been postponed again at the request of the Green Party. No new court date yet and no recent update.
Giggle still has a case in the Australian courts. Look for Tickle v Giggle crowdfunding. Appeal heard August 4–6, 2025 – Judgment expected in 3-6 months. Looking for support to help prepare for next steps.
Australian nurse Jasmine Sussex is a mum and a passionate breastfeeding advocate with 15 years experience. But she’s now facing legal action because she said publicly that she doesn’t believe that men can breastfeed.
