When I saw the title just after reading the Bench Book thread, I momentarily thought Lab4TransRights was a repurposed guide dog.

Today, queuing at my local farmer's market fish van, I overheard the owner discussing the fact that squid (or maybe octopi?) were all born female, and at some point... and he was therefore going to reincarnate as one... and then benefit somehow ...

Google suggests this is nonsense. Where does this stuff come from?

It would at least be useful for something.

Idk. Maybe he’s getting confused with cuttlefish, some of their males pretend to be females.
tbf this bloke might benefit , squid and octopuses are reckoned to be very intelligent so it’d probably be an upgrade.
