GoodLaw Project: "not in my name"

The latest nonsense campaign from GLP:
https://goodlawproject.org/rejecting-the-false-narrative-that-frames-trans-people-as-a-threat-to-women/

It's a campaign to get women to agree that TiMs are "not a threat to women."

What they tell you:

From 2020 to 2022, the suspect in 241 out of 249 domestic female homicide cases was male. Overall, men account for 98% of adults prosecuted for sexual offenses.

What they don't tell you:

TiMs are men.

Rejecting the false narrative that frames trans people as a threat to women

Trans people are increasingly being painted as a threat to women. We’re supporting Not In Our Name (NION) Women to fight back against this harmful narrative.

I noticed a shift to 'trans' people as opposed to 'trans' women recently, their trying to obscure the truth of the matter, it's not 'trans' people but 'trans 'women or 'trans IDing males that are the danger to women's safe spaces, single sex spaces, sport etc.

Another crying bulling article/project, as a women I do not agree that TiM's are not a danger to women.

YES in my name.

Iamnotalemming · 19/09/2025 18:41

Do you think the GLP ever stops and thinks: how positive an impact could we make by campaigning for gender neutral provision alongside SSS everywhere? You know, so everyone has a facility that suits them. That's the kind of campaign that could actually move this sorry situation on in a positive way. But then there would be no grift to be grifted I suppose.

RuttleTuttle · 19/09/2025 18:47

Hilarious that people think that "only cis women" (their terminology, not mine) are signing that pointless letter.

And yes, the

enormous elephant

in the room is that TIMs are men.

InfoSecInTheCity · 19/09/2025 18:57

I don’t understand how they can be this hard of thinking?

Yes, the threat to women is men. Exactly. That’s what we’ve been saying.

Trans Women ARE men so they are part of the demographic that is a threat to women.

It really isn’t difficult or complicated, why do they get only half way through the thought and then stop?

Because if they ever admit out loud that men cannot be women, their worldview comes crashing down.

AI tells me that 8 expressed as a percentage of 249 is approximately 3.21%. AI also tells me the percentage of TW in the UK in the 2021 census was 0.10%.

Lord knows I'm no statistician but that looks to me a bit ... odd?

Trans people, who make up less than 1% of the UK population, are over four times more likely than cis people to be victims of violent crime , including rape and assault.

Oddly, while the first part of the sentence refers to the UK population, the link seems to be to a study carried out in America and the report blurb refers to concerns about murders of transgender women of colour.

Obviously this must be a mistake and they can't possibly be mixing up statistics from two completely different countries.

It's all such utter bollocks. But the sad saps who they are rinsing for money lap it up.

You can't rely on statistics from the 2021 census any more. ONS have retracted the trans question and its results.

I think (1) trying to bludgeon women has worked pretty well, comparatively and (2) the 3rd spaces option would cost businesses too much so less likely to get buy in. So back to (1) as the easiest route.
Think they are genuinely still not sure how we ended up with the SC judgment we got, so they're just keeping on going with (1).

Datun · 19/09/2025 19:33

Not only are transwomen, men, they are statistically more likely to commit sex offences, according to prison records.

Plus, a significant number of them have a woman inhabiting fetish.

Not to mention, the blatantly obvious fact, that if you create a loophole where any man can watch women undress or go to the toilet, guess who the fuck is going exploit it???

I mean, for fuck's sake GLP, you must be deafened by the collective onslaught of DUH.

Irrespective of where the figures come from, men being at risk of violence from other men isn’t exactly earth shattering news.

The gender ideologists go to great lengths to get statistics that support the «genocide» narrative. Because when they are all out of arguments all they have to do is say «your language kills trans people». So the debate alone seems dangerous, so better just agree with them to immediately stop all these ongoing murders.

They will lie and cheat to present this narrative. This annoys me greatly!

But if you look closer at the data, 80% of all trans deaths are in latin america, involving poverty/prostitution/drugs.
Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia alone accounted for more than half of all cases worldwide from 2008 - 2023. That’s tragic either way you see it, but it probably means the murders were not hate crimes.

And this is their data. I assume they cheat at every possible level, also when collecting and analyzing data. I can’t imagine anyone more biased than a LGBTQ organization infiltrated by trans activists who wants to make some stats on their victimness. LOL
