Tanya is a HR journalist, who has her own you tube channel, “This isn’t working”for anyone who does not know. Her videos are well worth a watch.

She is active on LinkedIn and has an inside take on the corporate world and what is going on. Gives us hope.

That was really good, thanks for sharing it, and it's really great to hear Tanya's view that the wheels are definitely falling off this horrendous beast.

A really excellent video from a business perspective.

I wonder if this will be a major lesson learned, so that corporate sticks to making money. More in hope than expectation - will the public sector get it's act together

I think what's striking about the trans issue, and DeGrundwald emphasizes this, is that it's bad for business. Sometimes businesses have to choose between doing the right thing and maximizes profits. But with the trans issue, you end up doing the wrong thing and hurting the bottom line - in an obvious way. These special interest organizations are expected to help improve a company's image and help them make knowledgeable decisions, instead they mis-inform organizations (Stonewall, UKActive), expose them to bad publicity (cool2betrans), display an obvious lack of professionalism, and charge them to boot! And then have the audacity to come back and black-mail if they dare to deviate from the acceptable narrative.

HR ends up hiring activists who damage company culture, spread a lack of professionalism, threaten management with employment tribunals and have no ability to develop their career due to an extreme lack of resiliency and basic professionalism needed to build relationships. The lack of leadership is mind blowing.

Such a costly self-own by private companies. Where are the share-holders? Where are the boards of directors? Does no one want to make money any more?
