It's about time the powers that be realised the link between the insidious availability of online porn and the dramatic increase in vawg.
Until something is done about it, nothing will change.

The unisex, private toilets on carriages cause problems. I am not sure this will ever change but it serves as a good example of what happens when you don’t have good single sex design as standard.

There was a recent news article about a man who took unwell and went to the loo and sadly died, but his body wasn't found for quite some time. This was an enclosed loo that therefore wasn't checked properly. I think it was Edinburgh.

Poor family. Yes six days is a lot. It’s usually a day or so but have a portaloo example that was longer. It is incredibly frustrating when you think could they have missed a chance to save someone. There are examples in schools and hospitals where people have died in floor-to-ceiling cubicles or rooms and it’s not been realised until it’s too late - when they should have all the resources (defibrillators etc) within reach.
