Emma Roddick can't recall any 'incidents' - SNP toilet rule wriggling

Not much to add to this absurd account of Emma Roddick's latest inanity, except that it is clear that she will continue to refuse to understand what has actually happened. Please, any Highlands and Islands SNP members, get her off that top list spot that she finagled her way into before next year's election? archive.is/Ew4yu

My brother and his partner live in Inverness, maybe I can persuade them not voting for this zombie, hopefully his partner at least wouldn't, as a women she must have come to realise by now how anti-women the SNP are. 🤞

Why do they always forget Katie Dolatowski?

ArabellaScott · 01/07/2025 07:55

She was (carefully) referring specifically to her own workplace, the Scottish Parliament.

Roddick is arguably a good reason to consider whether Cluster B personality disorders are desirable in a politician.

She claims her Borderline Personality Disorder is a disability.

I think some of the women who attended the late-night sittings as the GRA bill was debated would say that their experiences with the behaviour of transwomen in the Scottish Parliament toilets at that time definitely counted as 'incidents'.

Yes, but she deployed the 'can't recall' formula.

She had claimed to want to reduce the stigma of Cluster B personality disorders. Not sure how successful that's been.

Indeed. Actually, thinking back to the GRA debates wasn't one of the weirder side-stories that time when ER pretended to dramatically faint during one of the sessions and had to be carried out? All off camera and everyone pretended like mad nothing was happening in a way that made you suspect that they were all used to it... or was that another debate? So many, all so deeply frustrating, so much time wasted...

"In terms of the Parliament I felt it was premature and developments this week have demonstrated that it was a premature decision," she said, noting that the revised EHRC interim guidance.

If she genuinely thinks something significant has changed, God help anyone relying on her understanding of the matter.
