There's a similar thing in Nottingham called "Your Spaces Too". Pledge your business's allegiance to the cause and receive a window sticker to show how inclusive you are.

The campaign keeps a spreadsheet - yes, a spreadsheet! - that's colour-coded to indicate how "inclusive" businesses are. Woe betide you if you're colour-coded red!
My friend runs a business in Nottingham and was initially concerned about this. She just wants to keep out of it and get on with running her business, after having Brexit, Covid, NI changes and all kinds of other shit to deal with over the past few years.
We discussed it and came to the conclusion it wouldn't harm her not to display this sticker because transpeople make up such a miniscule proportion of her income. There's no threat to income or reputation for her.
I don't judge those who are displaying the sticker. I know for certain that some venues have chosen to do it because they don't want any flak, because they were "inclusive" anyway and don't see that anything's changed, or because it's just another sticker to add to all the others on the window and it makes them look good.
