What a load of waffle.
From the petition:
" The Issue
As a cis-gendered woman and mother, I am increasingly worried and fearful to enter public bathrooms in case there are Trans Exclusionary Radical Feminists (TERFs) present. They pose a significant threat to women like me who do not comply or fit into stereotypical feminine standards. This group seems obsessed with people's genitals, reducing women to unscientific biology, which makes me feel unsafe in public spaces, especially in single-sex bathrooms.
The rise of TERF ideology has increased the threat of misogyny, bigotry, and hate against women who simply wish to live their lives without fear. Public bathrooms should be inclusive and safe for all women, not a ground for discrimination and enforcement of narrow-minded views. The government needs to step in and issue policies that restrict such behavior and protect women from bigotry.
Our goal is to require TERFs to have separate toilet facilities if they are so insistent on dictating who can use which bathroom. This measure would provide a safer and more inclusive environment for all women, allowing us to use public amenities without fear or intimidation.
I call on the government to act swiftly to ensure that public spaces are safe for everyone. Separate bathrooms for TERFs will prevent discrimination against women who do not fit into their narrow views and mitigate the discomfort and danger they bring into women's spaces. Please sign this petition to urge the government to protect women's rights to safety and dignity in public restrooms.
*I am aware of the unrealistic expectations of implementing such policy but if we get enough signatures I sure would like to see the current government debate this! "
Does that women understand anything! At all? Just once I wish the other side would stop and check what women have actually been fighting for and what we actually think rather than what they think we think.
The terfs aren't the ones who think being a woman is reduced down to stereotypical feminine standards for a start!
