Crime and females

I really want to see the reporting of crime accurately reported.

there has been an increase in “women” reported as sexual predators and rapists in the last few years.

Do we think some of the cases will be reported correctly and statistics amended.

Hopefully. A lot of females are suffering injustices as a result of woke ideaology. The idea that if a man sticks a dress on and hopes to pass himself off as a women is quite frankly insulting to biological women. Don't get me started on sports...

The definition of 'woman' just went to the UK's highest court apparently. This is was I read in the article:

'It comes after the country’s highest court unanimously ruled that the terms woman and sex in the Equality Act "refer to a biological woman and biological sex" following a dispute centred on whether someone with a gender recognition certificate (GRC) recognising their gender as female should be treated as a woman under the UK 2010 Equality Act – which does not apply in Northern Ireland.'

One that caused a lot of anger on Facebook at the time was the reporting of this being a woman when clearly it's a man and the subsequent hush hush about the story after the police claimed to have identified them and would be speaking with them.

Usually the media would have dug the dirt on the person committing a vile anti social act and named and shamed them, but no this story died a death.

I’ve just read this morning that rapists will no longer be able to identify as female, and their biological sex will be reported on their criminal record. I’m not sure if this applies to other crimes though. So we can expect to see a drop in the numbers of women committing violent crimes. What a crazy mad world we’ve been living in.

Omg the photo!!

The supreme court decision didn't have anything directly to say on this issue did it?

However I do think that the clarification of the EA 2010 means that things will start to change in other ways so hopefully we can both challenge IPSO in regards to crime reporting in the media as well as imo, the more important issue of correct categorisation/reporting in the crime statistics.

This one. I complained at the time (to the police I think) and they did, eventually, acknowledge it was a man in the end. Don't know if he's in a female prison though. The police and BBC need to provide clarification on all of these errors.
