There was a trans man in the Metro who was using IVF to get pregnant using her own womb and egges who said ' I'm worried about what this means for maternity/ paternity leave' as if being a biological woman who is pregnant and wants to give birth is somehow threatened because of this?!' She wants to do an entirely female thing ( despite having a female partner) yet is upset because she may have to go on maternity leave?

Transman needs to read the judgment. Following this judgement it is now explicit that she’s entitled to protection from discrimination relating to pregnancy and maternity. This is a good outcome for transmen
