Must admit I found the chart confusing. But thought others might find it useful or interesting while waiting the remaining few hours until the Judgement is given.

I found this article from them easier to grasp!

Thanks for sharing this.

I quite like the chart! It lays all the options out clearly.

Keeping everything crossed!

Can anyone comment on what specific policies or laws are likely to be impacted if FWS don't succeed?

For example, with the wording of the law regarding rape specifically saying women can only be an accomplice (screenshot below but this may not be the full source - help me out if not!), would TIMs with a GRC who commit rape be classed as a woman committing "assault by penetration" with their womanly penis (which some TIMs refer to as their large clitoris), rather than being charged with actual rape?

Would GRC TIMs who become fathers be entitled to maternity leave?

If they dont suceed nothing will change.

ie we will still see headlines saying woman convicted of rape, when rape is about someone with a penis.

This is why what the EHRC is now saying is so important.

To stop discrimination against the protected characteristic of sex "disapply" the GRA in relation to the EA. ie dont allow the GRC to give a man any rights.

Would GRC TIMs who become fathers be entitled to maternity leave?

And would GRC TIF who become mothers be entitled to maternity leave?

Bumping my question

So a win for FWS at a score of 10? And a 'cogent' comment about arguments from Sex Matters? Thank you for this. Unanimous judgement.

''men cannot claim privileges for women connected with pregnancy or childbirth.''
IDK where that would leave a TIF with a GRC and amended birth certificate. I would imagine they gain a special privilege and her legal sex can be ignored for the safety and wellbeing of the baby.
