That is grim. And raises issues about informed consent if, as is suggested, some of the men have dementia.

Not the point but I don’t think the man in the picture is in his 80s, he looks 60s at most. The point about dementia still stands though.

It’s horrible but I think the men are actors, having been in a lot of care homes these men don’t look old enough or like anyone I’ve seen in a home.

Although there will be professional men in expensive care homes, it's highly unlikely that the management if the care homes would allow such shenanigans to go on there.

People can have dementia in their 50s and 60s, not everyone who suffers from it is in their 70s or 80s.
If they don't have mental capacity to consent then she's committing sexual assault. The care home could potentially be deemed complicit in this.
I also wonder what the wives and other relatives of the residents think about it.

This woman needs to be completely ignored.

Her ‘career’ is carefully choreographed self-promotion based on a voluntary self-abuse - it’s her job. No home will simply open its doors to this on a free-for-all basis, on unwitting, non-consenting adults. If they did, they would be instantly shut down.

I accept what everyone has said about this being staged, attention seeking, commercial, BUT I feel very strongly that any time non-consensual sex is being promoted, whether with children, or the rape of women, or this, it should be called out for the crime that it is.
