I think they have had legal advise. I posted earlier about the exisiting law, and even if the women working there aren't that quick on the up take, I am sure some who wouldn't want them totally closed have allowed them the "excuse" of not going ahead whilst waiting for the supremem court.
Although have to admit I am heartened to see that they in a tiny meagre way have recognised the need for a "space" that is only for biological women.
I think we can thank whoever leaked the draft report for putting RCS back in the spotlight.
They seem convinced that somehow they can carry on as before and that ERCC was just a blip in not managing the public image.
And although there may not be as many women who are as brave and have as much intergrity as Roz Adams, there are others who are clearly keeping a beady eye on them.
But the fundamental problem is that those in positions of authority are not doing their job. They are the ones who could stop this nonsense by exposing how RCS is not abiding by currrent laws and guidelines.
