The Times piece does - they were the ones who exposed him originally I think.

Anyone reading that article is going to be thinking what the fuck! Why the hell haven't the charity commission shut these dangerous people down.

I reread the full report REALLY thoroughly today.
In it is a section about how complaints to/ about charities SHOULD be done.

Its the CC saying " we do not have the resource to watch every page of their website but this is what we need sent to us"
So we will oblige.

Trawl the Mermaids site.
Any page that does not accord with Cass .... screenshot and submit an email complaint to the Charity.
Repeat the check 14 days later. If still non compliant, repeat the complaint.
If after another 14 days the page is not compliant, forward email to the CC with a covering note.

Rinse and repeat till Mermaids are doing nothing but backtracking and the CC will have properly formatted evidence to shut them down for non compliance.
