This could probably be better as an update to the relevant threads, and I will add to them when I can find them, but in the meantime this'll have to do.

"Tribunal Tweets have permission to live tweet tomorrow's remedies hearing following Roz Adam's successful employment tribunal claim against Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre The Tribunal's unanimous judgment was that ERCC unlawfully discriminated against & constructively dismissed Roz"

  2. In Sex Matters weekly update, discussing their intervention in For Women Scotland's hearing at the Supreme Court

We will be represented by the brilliant Ben Cooper KC, who you may remember from my case and Jo Phoenix v OU. He is supported by David Welsh, an experienced Scottish barrister.

As it's the Supreme Court, I imagine he'll be appearing in person, so the Support Wren won't be making an appearance, but it'll be viewable on their website apparently. So the Mumsnet Ben Cooper Fan Club should probably make a note in their diaries for 26-7th November.

Can't find a wren tie, we shall need to have one specially crafted. Don't know if this is the right fabric but the design could work.

I like the design. Is the pattern too large for a successful tie?

JanesLittleGirl · 14/10/2024 21:05

Cracked it!

I think it's too heavy linen. We can't upholster the poor man.

Are the seats in the Supreme Court the ones that need a sort of Bring Your Own Cushions advice? (Hopeful.)

ArabellaScott · 14/10/2024 21:30

I always bring a cushion!

Do you have recommendations for a successful travel cushion?

Although, if my DH sees me starting to bring a cushion on top of everything else I try to leave the house carrying... 🤔😂
