I was one of them. I got the paper form specially for this purpose. They can ignore the public consultation on self id laws but they can't stop me writing facts on a census form. Not yet anyway.

I got a paper copy too exactly so I could say I was believer in biology. And explained it to my neighbour so she could too.

Yes, paper copy. Online didn't allow you the option, I believe. I liked costing them money for the paper print and postage too. It must have been quite inconvenient.

It shows strength if feeling that 3k people to the trouble to faff around with paper copies. I bet the number would have been higher, if the same could have been achieved online.

I think the number would have been higher if more people had known about it. I found out quite late on when I stumbled upon a post in this lovely little corner of Mumsnet. Without Mumsnet I wouldn't have had a clue about the campaign.
