have picked up snapshots of his opinions on here from other posts, but have only just got around to hearing what he has to say in full and he blew me away.

He has that same calm presence of Joyce, but is more articulate on the whole left and right thing.

Oh yes, I've been listening to/watching Dr Doyle for several years. I may have a rather embarrassing crush on him. <ahem>

You might like to go back to his podcast Free Speech Nation, which then turned into Free Speech Nation on GB News. THe only thing worth watching on GB News, although it's a bit hit & miss - the podcast is more thoughtful, IMO.

It's hilarious that the regular audience on his GB News programme was probably homophobic and right-wing, while Dr Doyle is gay & a clear left winger liberal. But they love him!

He got a lot of flak on Twitter from "GC ultras" for using Debbie Hayton's gender-reassignment pronouns (ie she/her) when Hayton's book came out. Such is the problem of single-issue feminism without nuance.

I wanted to recommend his reviews on Unherd. He has a background on literature and education, if I remember correctly, and sometimes he writes cultural reviews: he's hilarious (as well as insightful).

(My number one for reviews is Kathleen Stock, however: no one can write like her!)

Agreed. Kathleen's been writing for the Times recently and her articles are a pleasure to read - the comments are always complimentary.
I've just listened to Andrew - what a pleasure it was and so good to hear a gay man unpick this destructive ideology with such knowledge and insight.
He's an excellent ally for children, gay people and women's rights.

Titania doesn't post anymore but I've often wondered if Andrew is Dame Katy Denise.
