I came across this and it was a bit heartening to see some cases are already in progress. Many of you probably already aware. I had a Quick Look but couldnt see an update on this case which began11/22, but guess these cases will drag out (no pun intended).
I was actually looking for a company that’s been set up Miller something and they have set up a firm specifically to act for de transitioners. Some light in the darkness.

Glad to hear not just about the case but that there's a legal firm specializing in that. The US really needs to start catching up with reality!

That is what’s worried me- amongst other things- about the situation here. It could cost the NHS millions

You haven't mentioned which case you're referring to, is it Prisha Mosley?
I come across her posts on X and she's just had a baby so that have caused some delay

Representing Mosley are attorneys Anthony Biller of Envisage Law in Raleigh, North Carolina, and attorney Joshua Payne of Campbell, Miller, Payne, LLC, in Dallas. “There are a lot of vulnerable young people that go through similar circumstances who are subjected to the same type of treatment,” Biller said. “It’s imperative that medical professionals adhere to appropriate standards when treating the youth.”

Payne, whose new law firm specializes in legal services for individuals seeking justice after being harmed by “gender affirming care,” said there are a handful of cases like this in the country right now but anticipates more in the coming years.

“We felt compelled [to create our firm] by the need that is out there, people coming forward who feel they have been harmed through the health care process and they would like to go through the legal system to seek justice to have the health care providers be held accountable for the harm that was caused,” Payne said.

Wonder how quickly cases will come forward? Could be a domino effect.

It will cost the NHS millions, paid from the tax payer, the huge tax cost around all this must run into many millions already, with payouts will probably be billions. Always the case in the UK, why this country can never sort out its economy.

Yes, it has the potential to bring the NHS to its knees. 😥
