Why is it so difficult for men to realise that women may need bathrooms for things other than a shit or a piss?

It's almost as if when people are unwell the first place they run to is the bathroom.
Do they just forget that periods exist? Or that women have miscarriages? Or that post-birth solid 6 weeks of bleeding is a thing?
Do they honestly forget, or do they just not fucking care?

It's completely irrelevant what women are doing in the toilet. Men do not belong in there, full stop.
