I've just filled in a survey for an MSc student project. Are we allowed to post links to student surveys?

I think that you can on the survey board and post a link to the thread on this thread aa is done with petitions but you should probably check with mnhq on site stuff 1st

@OpizpuHeuvHiyo you appear to be correct that the survey board seems to be just for mnhq to post on I could have sworn that it was an open board but it's been a while since I was on it and it's either changed or my memory is faulty so thanks for the heads up and sorry @AstonUniversityDataScrapingDepartment for the bum steer

But iirc surveys aren't as forbidden as petitions unless they are on behalf of a profit-making business (in which case they obviously have to pay mumsnet fees). I am sure I have seen surveys asking for help with gcse projects on the Chat board.

MNHQ have answered my question on the site stuff board - no student surveys allowed. I will PM the link to anyone that wants it.

(I should say, this isn't my student, I am not affiliated with the university she is studying at! The link was shared with me by a colleague and I have filled the survey in. I think it is a brave project to do, and it would be good if people feel able to support her by filling in her survey if they are able to 🙂)

I did one a few years ago for a student who also interviewed me. We were both polite and, I think, each equally baffled by the other. As in, How can a sane and reasonable-seeming woman believe such (a) cruel and ignorant bigotry / (b) total male-supremacist bullshit.
