Guardian reviews Guardian employee's book - not acknowledged in review.
I've heard it is pretty average, and seems more aimed at those who cant be bothered to read up on women's rights activism, let alone take part!
Always wary of books that claim to have the definitive history of women. Even to suggest the Southall Black Sisters in not well known reflects this is another exercise by media feminists.
Anyone who is interested there is a book launch hosted by FiLia. £20 entry fee which sort of indicates the market this is aimed at.

But am willing to have my opinions over turned by anyone who has or does read the book.
The usual suspect of speakers who aren't exactly front line ativists with the exception of one.
Sorry if I sound a bit jaded but what a piss take for the Guardian to review this but totally fail as a newspaper to provide acccurate reporting of current women's issue.
What used to be called coffee table feminism.
