It's not appropriate guidance that is needed it is cold, hard law with sanctions/punishment for those who don't abide by it.
I wish journalists and political interviewers would find their balls and actually ask and not let go until these questions are answered. Also, hold their feet to the fire when they are asked questions about women's rights and instead talk about the alphabet crew and trans rights.
