Disgusting that he got away with this, no remorse shown by him I note, he just thought no-one would understand Gaelic. 2 weeks suspended sentence for a real threat of violence to two women (so a week each?)!😮!
I wonder if he had done physical violence whether he would be sent on an anger management course.....

Prisons are nearly full so probably not surprising he didn't get a custodial sentence.

It wasn't just the suspended sentence:

"Mr Goldspring handed down two eight-week prison sentences, suspended for two years, to be served concurrently."

"He also ordered Mullen to complete a 12-month community order, including 20 days rehabilitation activity and a requirement to complete 150 hours of unpaid work."

"Quite appropriately so" would only make sense if Mullen had also targeted two men in the same way but he didn't. So what Goldspring is really talking about is that Mullen is "quite appropriately" a Trans Rights Activist.

Meanwhile, women get arrested for "quite appropriately" advocating for women's rights without ever once threatening to kill anyone.
