Universities for GC DDs- Stonewall's influence

My DD is starting Uni in 2025, we live in SE England and Southampton Uni stood out as a top choice. We were planning to attend the open day this summer and in the meantime I requested a prospectus. Prospectus arrived, first page states "Our Community" and devotes the page to LGBTQ+ community quoting a non-binary student with they/them pronouns. This is literally on the first page of the prospectus. What really bothers me is that no other student community groups are mentioned, so clearly of secondary importance. The prospectus shows quotes from students, all showing the students pronouns (in all cases the students picture shows that they are obviously male or female, why the need to list pronouns?)

I Googled Southampton's gender identity policy that includes links to Stonewall and states that "We encourage staff and students to share their preferred pronouns, for example in email signatures and during introductions on a Teams call or in person."
Also looks like they are big into unisex facilities and I know that for example their study library does not have female only toilets.

My DD rolled her eyes and asked if all unis are like this. Is Southampton particularly impacted by Stonewall's influence? Does anyone have a list of universities that have not drank the Stonewall cool-aid? My DD is really tired of rainbow flags and pronouns being rammed down her throat especially in education settings. I am noticing a similar feeling amongst her peer group.

Does Southampton recruit students overseas much? I can see it counting against them in some markets.

I think most unis depend on overseas students, but it doesn't seem to have stopped most of them from wholeheartedly embracing the Stonewall ideology.

The event that the students were protesting was a lecture by Dr Holly Lawford-Smith and she was invited by Professor Rosa Freedman, two women known and supported here at MN. So the Chancellor stood up to clearly allow all voices to be heard and defend freedom of speech for all, the speakers and the protestors.

University of Reading accused of 'platforming transphobia' in lecture by guest speaker

LGBT+ groups have accused the University of Reading of ‘platforming transphobia’ as part of a lecture that is taking place today.

Here is the website defending women's rights and allowing women to anonymously speak that the protesters found so offensive.

Hello, uni lecturer here, unisex toilets have appeared in new builds, but old loos still marked by sex. But I suspect official policy is all “TWAW” etc.
It is easy enough to avoid, it is a big place, lots of student societies and opinions even if GC students are not outwardly vocal. I think there would be more problems if reading arts/social sciences in terms of “wrong think” in academic work, but even then, most academics are not activists so interested in good arguments.
I would strongly suggest your DD picking the best course for her, first and foremost, and get on with eye rolling with the rest of us!

Meant to add, noisy student protests are by a tiny minority, there are 10,000 to 30,000 students at each uni, not many are activist in this area
