The way some people present is so much like parody now. That ‘Dr. Jame’ lad (she/her/they/them etc. etc. etc.) talks in such an affected way, he sounds like he’s doing a pisstake vignette, in my personal opinion.

If so, if it's just technical changes, it is more evidence of their absolute disregard for safeguarding and medical evidence base.
