Because they knew there would be a terrible fuss if they put him in a female prison, but they thought they could record his crimes as by a woman without scrutiny.

I'm now more concerned about EB's replacement. I think that the BBC are very aware of how influential the presenter of WH is, so I fear it'll be a full on TRA.
