Goo Wan - Stonewall

Just seen Wheel of Fortune on ITV with Gok Wan as a contestant. He won about £10k for Stonewall his favoured charity.

He was saying that he was happy it would go towards their schools programme.

He's gone out of favour with me, that's for sure.

@LoobiJee Snog, Marry, Avoid was also a bundle of laughs. Remember them giving a Goth lass a makeover and then her saying she preferred her previous look. Of course, because they made her look like a middle aged mum instead of a young woman in her early 20s! (No offence to middle aged mums! 😅) But the clothes they gave her to wear didn't suit her AT ALL!

Does anyone remember the programme on in the early afternoon on itv? A bit like The Swan - very invasive surgical and dental procedures and the winner was the woman who'd changed her appearance the most?

I used to watch it in around 2006. I was addicted, but it was awful, thinking about it now.

I'd forgotten about that show. It really creeped me out how he'd get women to pose and then literally cut off their underwear. Skeevy to me in a way just posing naked isn't. I couldn't keep watching.

I'm always interested to hear what charities celebs pick when they go on competition shows. Seen a few pick Mermaids (not recently, though).

The ones who pick a smaller or unknown local charity get my respect.
