Faced this issue in 2018. Ended up having an underage mixed sex couple sharing a room in my house. I explicitly stated I only ever host girls. One of the reasons I stopped hosting foreign students. Dh wanted a written statement from the girls parents that they wouldn’t sue us. So cross we were even put in that position. But the lad wore eye shadow so guess that makes it all ok.
