I'm baffled are they nappies they use or adult nappies they have stolen from elsewhere?

I don't know if he's mentally ill, or just a disgusting scuzzball, he needs to be locked up. As pointed out, them breached an order from a Nottingham court, requiring they not to be near nurseries. Surely that should see them remanded?
