Exactly. I'm pretty certain Dylan doesn't actually think they're a girl, or has any kind of gender dysphoria. It comes across as playing a part.

I reckon the sideburns have been bleached and it's made his face look too wide at the eyes. So probably just an unfortunate hair incident. The dress is okay but it's not a good colour on him - too close to his skin tone.

A beautiful dress, but the body parts sticking out i.e shoulder and foot, are quite obviously those of a bloke.

Re the allien face how very sad that despite multiple surgeries and tens of thousands of pounds spent Dylan is not a woman, and never will be. It's quite pathetic really.

For people asking why others are discussing how Dylan looks - this is Dylan's job. He is a 'brand', based entirely on one USP - he's a man pretending to be a woman. His implied concept of 'woman' is based 100% on superficial aspects of his appearance - but it's only a marketable 'hook' given that he is male. So people discussing to what extent he 'passes' or doesn't is the entire point. It's what he (or at least his publicists) intend.

The bath tub photo in this DM article makes me wonder if Dylan is also taking oestrogen now.
