The bbc says it's Surrey police, and he's in his 60s.

A quick google gives a reasonable guess as to who it might be based on the location of the arrest according to Twitter.. (which I won't say in case I get myself in trouble).

There's only one Surrey MP in his 60s.

Important to note that this is a different Tory MP to the one currently on police bail after being arrested for rape, sexual assault and indecent assault.

There are three and he isn’t necessarily an MP for Surrey, just living near Gatwick. Of which apparently, there are a few more.

Well one name jumped out when I googled Surrey MPs. And made sense as to why it would be posted on this forum.

What has happened to all of the other investigations?

What’s his history with this forum? Searched and didn’t find anything.

I googled Peter Bone MP when I saw this, as he’s been in the news for sexual misconduct lately, only to find that he is a conservative Mp in his 70s.

Isn’t he also quite keen on campaigning for men in women’s spaces?
