The Morning Star continues its gender crit coverage in this important article before the Labour conference tomorrow:
A critical time for women’s rights and the left
On the eve of #Lab23 conference Labour Women’s Declaration Group reflects on how far their campaign has come – and encourages sisters to get involved

Also I haven't seen a thread on the important four Labour List articles on sex/gender recently published. Worth reading to see state of play inside Labour.
‘Labour’s gender policy is right — and it shows a party ready to govern’Ellie Cumbo
https://labourlist.org/2023/09/labour-trans-rights-gender-policy-women-together/
This defends the new Labour status quo from the faction group Labour Together - trying to appease everyone. Basically Starmer's position.
‘Labour’s got it wrong on self-ID – and a generation won’t forgive us for it’
Alex Charilaou
https://labourlist.org/2023/09/trans-gender-self-id-recognition-labour-stance-wrong/
Labour for Trans Rights attacks everyone else.
‘Labour’s sex and gender stance is a good start, but women’s voices remain repressed’ Alice Bondi
https://labourlist.org/2023/09/labours-sex-and-gender-stance-is-a-good-start-but-womens-voices-remain-repressed/
Labour's Women's Declaration puts its case for acknowledging reality.
‘We should be proud of Labour’s LGBT+ agenda – but keep fighting for self-ID’
Lily Soaper & Dylan Naylor
https://labourlist.org/2023/09/lgbt-labour-trans-rights-gender-self-id-women/
Notice the divide between the language here and Alex Charilaou. This is because Labour for Trans Rights regards LGBT Labour as moderate traitors.
Notice there is no article from the other faction interested in gender Labour Social Conservatives/Blue Labour types who are widely represented in local parties, but generally don't make themselves obvious. Lots of ethnic minorities involved from that perspective.
