So great to see 2 highly intelligent pp, from opposite sides of the political spectrum have such a respectful, thoughtful and highly entertaining discussion. Very enjoyable watch!

Thank you that was a great interview to watch

Very funny that they started out saying "gays and lesbians have little in common..." like it was setting up a sort of debate and they then proceeded to laugh at each other's jokes and agree for a whole conversation :)

I think generation really is key here, not just the view of sex and gender and the first hand experienced evolution of Pride, but also the knowledge you can absolutely like and respect people you disagree with on some points.

Brilliant, thanks for sharing this wonderful interview!

I think I'm in love with them both after watching that. Thank you for sharing!

That was very interesting.

The comment that really nailed it for me was that straight white men realising that the only advantage they didn't have, was victimhood.

So they took it.

And, in their terribly disadvantaged state, force everyone else to uphold it.

It really is a horrible testament to the inhumanity of some men that, seeing society finally recognising that some people are indeed disadvantaged, and therefore might need some extra help, chose to appropriate it for themselves.

Ditto.
I'm sure Douglas Murray would be amazed to know that he has a fan club of feminists...

Despite being on the feminism boards I would not consider myself a feminist as such - I am rather in tune with KJK on that.

I disagree with DM on many things and I do think it’s a shame that he skates over the surface of many issues rather than analysing them properly. He is a clever guy and his deeper thoughts would be worth hearing. But these are issues which require no deep thought to be right about, I guess, and I do enjoy his snitty barbed repartee very much.

I'd never heard of DM until this thread. Well, DM as in DangerMouse, obviously, but not the scathingly witty man in the video.
