A Swedish singer wore a band T shirt.

Turns out one of the band members:

'He's known for holding neo-Nazi views, and has been called "anti-Semitic and xenophobic".

Vikernes also got a prison sentence for murdering a fellow metal musician and setting fire to churches in Norway.

Not the best look.'

What, murdering people?! Or wearing a Tshirt?

'The catwalk of shame' article goes on to criticise five more women for their fashion choices.

This seems utterly blatant, vapid, woman-blaming, anti-woman pish to me, am I alone? Article written by a man who is apparently a 'senior journalist'.

Surely not!

Honestly, that poor woman being castigated for wearing a dress with a tiny obscured fragment of a logo on it associated with a "bad man". No one who didn't already know about the band, it's logo and the back story would ever have made that connection. Even if they did, by some fluke, then they would realise that it was likely totally accidental and not some hidden murderous message.

That a "journalist" has used it as a kicking off point to castigate Katie Perry et al, again, years after the original incidents is just, well, we all know what it is!

I don't know if I even have the energy to make another complaint. I'm still waiting for a response from my last one.

I cba to check the exact year but the murder was committed mid 90s and I don’t think the woman wearing it would’ve been born until a year or two later.

But only if you're a woman, men don't need to worry about these things 🙄

Problem solved! Just identity as a man then you and your “Nuke the whales” T-shirt are sorted.
