This morning's contribution from Wales OnLine — which is probably the place where most Welsh people get their news about Wales and has been captured for some years:

Research also underlines just how important this day can be for some people. Most LGBT+ women identify as lesbian, with a survey involving 1884 LGBT+ women revealing that 72% identified as lesbian. LGBT+ people, and specifically LGBT+ lesbians according to the research, have experienced mental health issues. LGBT+ women are less visible than men, underlying the importance of a day that platforms and amplifies women within the community.
That'll include all the transbians — the middle-aged men with wives and children now identifying as lesbians — and TW's seeking relationships with men and the Q and + people.
Linda Riley, publisher of Diva magazine and great pal of Nancy Kelley and Ruth Hunt, who is up to her eyeballs deep in trans ideology (because it makes her money) says:
Lesbians need to be given space to be visible and shown to the world on our own terms. For too long, we have been fetishised by the heterosexual male gaze, as little more than the stuff of fantasy. At the same time, a small number of cis lesbians, whose opposition to the rights of our trans siblings has become ever louder and more toxic, have led some to believe that the lesbian community is not an inclusive space. I can assure you that for the vast majority of us, this is not the case. That's why I am so committed to celebrating all under the LGBTQI umbrella."
I'm so angry at the whole charade. Is it any wonder that lesbian mental health is fragile if they can't go anywhere or do anything without the fucking TQ+ traipsing along to be included? If they can't hold a Lesbian Day event without including male-bodied people? It's despicable.
