I have a couple of possibly slightly odd comments.
Firstly, above the button to submit the form, it has this:
Math question 4 + 6 =
Solve this simple math problem and enter the result. E.g. for 1+3, enter 4.
It looks like text that's actually put there by whoever does the CPS website, rather than it being a verification process provided by another service, though I haven't looked at the source. So why the US English? It's not that I have an issue with US English itself, but it does make me wonder about who's set this up, what checking processes it's been through, and cultural influences in general.
Secondly, I've only read the questions part and am not sure where the other stuff is that people are quoting from. Is this part — where a suspect falsely asserts that their gender identity is the same as their birth gender/assigned biological sex — suggesting criminalising people who have sex with someone without revealing their non-matching inner gender identity? Because that would criminalise a lot of married men who only later claim that they were always women… I can't see that being considered acceptable by trans activists.
