Is there a way to get redress for harm done by Stonewall?

This is a question I have asked on the AB thread, and as we all wait for the judgement and speculate on the outcome I am wondering this:

Whatever happens surely it is apparent that AB was victimised by Stonewall.

If she cannot get redress in an employment tribunal, where can that be rectified?

Should it be allowed to happen with impunity? What if Stonewall contact my employers?

Are there other women they did this to, women who have not been able to come forward, or maybe don't even know that they were targeted?

Should a publicly funded charity be able to do that? Should this be the focus of an entirely separate action and if so, what form should that take?

I echo hundreds of voices here and elsewhere that whatever the outcome, Stonewall's practices have been thrown wide open to scrutiny and they are surely illegal - so what next?

Not just individuals - there was a university who sacked or deplatformed (I think) Rosa Freedman - because Stonewall had given them legal advice as they would like the law to be rather than as it actually is.

So, I wonder whether institutions which have suffered repetitional harm <side eyes GCC> after following SW advice might want to pursue SW for damages.

TBH I'm amazed that after the Nolan podcasts anyone is still part of SW. If anyone sat through the evidence from the employees of SW as well, and are STILL accepting their advice and influence - well, more fool them.
