Guardian Roe vs Wade article doesn’t mention women

The Guardian has an opinion piece on Roe vs Wade which doesn’t use the words woman, women, girl, girls at all except in the title subheading which presumably was written by a sub:

www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2022/jun/07/will-anti-abortionists-use-uterus-surveillance-against-women-in-the-us-roe-v-wade

It appeared in G2 a few days ago but I couldn’t find a link then.

They have a readers’ editor ([email protected]) as well as the editor ([email protected]) which is for letters for publication.

I have written in to complain and say women need to be able to name themselves as a sex in order to argue their case.

So angry

If the Guardian is as transphobic as those two journalists who left it argue, then what on earth is the end game of trans activism? The Guardian already erases the female sex, after all.

What more could be done? Explicitly define 'women' as the gender where skirt goes spinny, thigh-high socks and dog collars define the gender?

It's the most trans-centered newspaper that I have read. And on its way to becoming a misogynistic newspaper.

I've never met a male Guardian journalist who wasn't a low-grade misogynist at best, going back to the 90s. "Clever", "progressive" men are the worst ime, because they are aware of their hypocrisy / the disjunct and the risks to their status if uncovered, and it makes them absolutely fucking vicious.

I'm giggling as I'm saying this, because it's so awful, but metaphorically and figuratively they are much more likely to be the kind to fight, as people used to say, like a girl.
