A millionaire who filmed and mocked four police officers as they lay dying from injuries sustained in a freeway crash after pulling [them] over, and who has since faced unrelated charges of Stalking and Assault, is now pleading for a court adjournment, arguing that court dates interfere with clinic consultations for “gender reassignment surgery.” Richard Paul Pusey, who has been described by a judge as “probably the most hated man in Australia,” skyrocketed to infamy on April 22, 2020.
On that date, [Pusey] was pulled over for allegedly driving his black 2016 Porsche 911 on Melbourne’s Eastern Freeway at 149km/h while under the influence of drugs. Senior Constable Kevin King, Constable Glen Humphris, Leading Senior Constable Lynette Taylor and Constable Josh Prestney stood by the side of the road to discuss impounding Pusey’s sports car. The four police were hit by a truck driven by Mohinder Singh Bajwa, who was sleep-deprived and high on drugs. Pusey, who had gone to relieve [themselves] in the bushes, was left unscathed.
As the four officers lay dying, [Pusey] photographed, filmed and mocked them, making such commentary as, “Oh he’s smashed, look at that. Lucky I went and had a piss.” Motorists, including a doctor, who assisted the dying officers, scolded Pusey for his behavior and refusal to help. Pusey made it home with the assistance of a motorist, and was arrested the following day. [They] spent ten months in prison after pleading guilty to Outraging Public Decency. Mr Singh, the truck driver, is serving a custodial sentence for up to 22 years for Culpable Driving. Diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, anti-social personality disorder, and an anti-authority complex, Pusey’s run-ins with the law have persisted since [their] prison release. Last year, [Pusey] was charged with Unlawful Assault and Theft after reaching into a car to strike an elderly driver in the face and stealing the man’s keys during a dispute over a parking spot, and with two counts of Stalking and four counts of Assault for allegedly terrorizing neighbors in a separate incident.
The 44-year-old is facing trial for two counts of Using A Telecommunications Device To Menace and two counts of Commit Indictable Offence On Bail after allegedly posting to the Porsche dealership’s website on November 25 and February 7 a Google review that included an image of one of the dead officers. The postings are allegedly part of a continuous campaign to terrorize the four deceased police officers and their families. The day after the crash, Pusey showed a video of the dying officers to [their] doctor, staff at a chemist’s office, and three friends. To Instagram, he uploaded a photo of Senior Constable Lynette Taylor’s widower, Stuart Schulze, captioned in part: “Sorry to attempt to ask your wife if she had anything to say to you or your family and then freak out.” To TikTok, [they] uploaded amidst anti-police and anti-jail rants a video that had been taken along the road on which the officers died, captioned “Eastern Freeway sunset.” Pusey, who now uses they/them pronouns, is requesting that the trial be adjourned.

So we are supposed to defer to this male and this male's feelings by using the pronouns Pusey requests, when Pusey has allegedly engaged in a "continuous campaign to terrorize" the bereaved families of four police officers?
The day after the crash, [Pusey] showed a video of the dying officers to [Pusey's] doctor, staff at a chemist’s office, and three friends.
What about their feelings?
Where is the reciprocation? Why are we not allowed to recognise this, and refuse?
