I've lots of Qs on this now - are NHS policies which advocate for mixed sex wards on the basis of male inclusion on a self ID basis in female wards unlawful?
Are policies of not giving then choice of female HCPs on request from female patients/their families when it comes to intimate procedures or intimate care for vulnerable women/children, also unlawful?
Is the Scottish Prison Service policy of transferring male prisoners, who self declare to be women to female prisons, also unlawful?
Are sporting NGOs who have adopted male inclusion policies on the basis of self ID into female sports/leisure facilities/changing rooms, also now operating unlawful policies?
I could be here all night thinking of cases where lobbying by LGBT orgs to effectively remove female only options for women/children across a variety of situations, to the detriment of women/girls as a result, has left many sectors/orgs/businesses operating what could be unlawful & discriminatory policies?
Channeling/paraphrasing Roy Scheider/Chief Brody, "we're going to need a bigger pot of money" to tackle all of this.
My mind is officially blown 🤯
