It's going to be a huge growth area for lawyers, psychiatrists and therapists - unpicking the damage.

Maybe the rats will flee the ship soon.

Interesting that they seem to be actively advertising, with the promise of money, for people to come forward. If it's such a ripe area for litigation, surely they'd be inundated with unsolicited requests and wouldn't have to lure people in by waving dollar signs in their face.
Plus Blueberry, do you ever wonder what puberty blockers does to a person's mental maturity? If it stops physical development in its tracks and leaves the individual in a sexually pre pubescent state, what is it doing to their mental development?

Don't you find it horrific that maybe, just maybe, these people don't have the mental capacity to grasp what's been done to them because they still have the mindset of children?

Or would you rather we didn't bother addressing it at all? Just sweep the whole thing under the carpet.

Why, exactly do you think women are concerned about this, ffs??

Yes, @BlueberryCheezecake, I have often wondered about some of your posts. This one quoted above - you’ve tried to deflect attention away from the purpose of the OP’s post by focusing on /trying to discredit what the law firm are doing. I agree that class action is commonly used as a way of gathering a mass of evidence against an alleged perpetrator.

Question for you: do you believe that ordinary citizens who believe they have been wronged should have access to legal advice in order to claim compensation and draw public attention to those individuals or organisations they think have caused them harm?

And yet, at least one other poster are telling us over numerous threads that patients have no grounds for law suits, because they consented.

So blueberry. What is your purpose here, to discourage patients from seeking remedy from medical systems that prioritised political groups interests over their patients?

Trans activists must be very worried. If they were truly on the right side of history they would be encouraging any patient who felt they were misdiagnosed or mistreated to seek remedy.

But the activist posters on MN seem far more intent on telling us the suits will be pointless and have no basis.
